reCharge specializes in dynamic barre, pilates, and yoga classes that incorporate cardio, TRX, and weights. These unique classes have a fervent (and sweaty) following! As client Lauren S says, "When they say "meet your new addiction" that is no joke!"
The place sounds amazing, but their classes are truly one of a kind. Owner and instructor Sloan Rachmuth is proud of "our 5 signature barre, pilates, and yoga classes that are total workouts designed perfectly to every area of your body. This "system" of complimentary classes means you will constantly challenge your body in different ways and you will never get bored! For example, our hybrid Barre Zen class is a one of a kind combination of a barre clas focusing on leg sculpting and Ashtanga-based flow yoga; our signature Sport class blends a series of plyometric moves with TRX, resistance bands, medicine balls, and gliders, which when put together makes the best class to lose body fat and improve your performance. All of our uproariously entertaining instructors will lead you through the same reCharge® class because all our talented instructors are trained for months in the reCharge® way."
reCharge is offering a special, one-time-only barre class just for posse members,

I took my first barre class last weekend at Recharge with Sloan and LOVED it!
