| My mom Kathy, The Glass Lady, creates these beautiful glass Christmas trees up in her home studio up in the birthplace of real Christmas trees, Boone, North Carolina. She loves how the color sparkles in the light, and enjoys using dichroic glass the most. Dichroic glass is glass which displays two different colors by undergoing a color change in certain lighting conditions. You can really see the beauty in this short video. | |
 She also uses mosaic patterns like snowflakes and hearts, called miliflori that make beautiful little accents throughout the tree. Each ornament is unique and completely one of a kind. They each also come with a ribbon for hanging it in your own tree and then displaying year round. She has also enjoyed making cute snowmen, swirly hearts and colorful stars this year, perfect for trimming any tree or to hang in a window.  Each of the glass ornaments below is not only unique in it's color and style, but also completely one of a kind. Each tree, star, and icicle is available for purchase. How to buy these lovely ornaments? It's super easy! Just PM me, Kat over on FB. Comments here on blog or on the FB post do not count. The ornaments are yours once I have replied to you to confirm. Then we'll find a place to meet. Can't wait to share our art with you!
- All sales are final and need to happen by the evening of Thursday, December 21st.
- Porch pickup is in South Durham (naturally).
- First come, first served. So please PM me as soon as possible with the specific item numbers you want. The pictures might remain on this site even after sold so the only way to confirm an item is still available is by PM'ing me.
- Trees are all roughly 6" tall and 3" wide and cost $15.
- Stars are roughly 6" in circumference and cost $15.
- Snowmen range in size but are between 4" to 6" tall and cost $15.
- Hearts are roughly 6" in circumference and cost $15.
- Birds are roughly 6" in circumference and cost $15.
- Items can be personalized on the back for $1 more, pending space on item.
- Payable via cash at delivery or paypal before delivery.
- Everything will be gift wrapped unless you prefer otherwise.
